Doctoral Researcher

Bojun is a doctoral researcher at UCL Energy Institute. His PhD project focuses on modelling airline pricing responses to emissions reduction policies for the aviation sector. Prior to his PhD, Bojun completed a MSc in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment also at UCL Energy Institute, with Distinction in his MSc thesis on impacts of emissions trading schemes to low-carbon investments in China. During his PhD, Bojun also works as a research assistant for the EPSRC funded project ACCLAIM based at UCL, developing a state-of-the-art global airfare model. Previously, Bojun worked as an energy and environmental analyst at China Policy, a Beijing-based research and advisory company with close connection to the UN and international NGOs, and an intern researcher at UK’s leading think tank E3G.
